American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons estimated 126.6 million Americans (one in two adults) are affected by a musculoskeletal condition. Musculoskeletal conditions significantly limit mobility and dexterity, leading to early retirement from work, reduced accumulated wealth and reduced ability to participate in social roles. 

We can help you with 2 of the 3 most common types of injures keeping employees away from work.  Sprains, strains or tears and soreness or pain all have a direct cause to overly tight muscles. 

Purposeful Foam Rolling and Self Care Education is a tool you can give your employees to use in the work place and at home to reduce their muscular tightness and pain.  This will not only help your employee be healthier and happier at work, but also at home.  

During our on-site or on-line In-Service we incorporate teaching, demonstration and hands- on learning, in a fun and relaxed manner. Our goal is to help employees have a better understanding why their bodies are getting tighter and more painful, and to realize the long term consequences of this tightness and pain.

We introduced self care tools (foam rollers, foam balls, etc.), stretching and  techniques that employees can use immediately to reduce muscle tightness and pain.

Our hands-on learning allows employees an opportunity to learn and practice our unique self care techniques. Our goal is to help employees realize and experience the idea that they can take an active role in reducing their tight and painful muscles. All techniques have modifications that allow the majority of employees to perform them and receive benefits.

The beauty of these techniques is that they can be done at work and at home. Fourteen years of experience has taught us that consistent foam rolling and self care helps reduce muscle tightness, muscle pain and muscle injury. Our goal is to provide the education, training, and support to help employees stay consistent and achieve a body with less and more flexiblity.

Our goal is to work with you and your employees as a continuing partner in reducing the number of musculoskeletal issues Americans are dealing with. Supporting them on their HealthySteps to a pain free, and flexible body.   Attendees have the choice to join the Your HealthySteps Community, a private Face Book Group, where they can learn additional muscular self care, ask questions and receive support.
